You will be part of either the Human Resources (HR) Analytics team in the Directorate General Human Resources or the Analytics and Research team in the Directorate General Communications, depending on your interests and skill set. These two teams provide data science and analytics services to support the ECB’s mission.

Essential:
- a bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, human resources management, business administration, economics, social and organisational psychology, business information systems, business analytics, political science, engineering or another relevant field;
- knowledge of a statistical programming language;
- experience in data processing, data visualisation and quantitative data analysis;
- a good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- an advanced (C1) command of English and an intermediate (B1) command of at least one other official language of the EU, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Desired:
- skills in R, Python and/or SQL;
- experience with Tableau, Power BI, natural language processing and/or big data technologies;
- experience in analytics for HR, communications or other business areas.
