This double degree consists of a specific pathway that offers the possibility of obtaining two degrees: the Degree in Law and the Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources. The general aim of the Degree in Law is to provide studies that enable graduates to engage in legal and paralegal professions. The aim is to train students to become all-round jurists, which involves both the acquisition of knowledge on positive Law, as well as the development of skills for the interpretation, integration, and application of laws, including the capacity for the critical analysis of the Law and the design of regulatory policies. The regulated professions related to the degree are those of lawyer and court lawyer.

La USC tiene un programa de alumnos tutores para las titulaciones de grao, de forma que alumnos de últimos cursos, despues de una formación que les facilita la Universidad, realizan tareas de orientación a los alumnos que inician los estudios.
Cuando se produzca la suspensión de un Título oficial, la USC garantiza el adecuado desarrollo efectivo de las enseñanzas que hubieran iniciado sus estudiantes hasta su finalización. Para ello, el Consejo de Gobierno aprueba los criterios relacionados, entre otros, con:
• La admisión de matrículas de nuevo ingreso en la titulación.

Material resources
The Faculty of Law has 11 general purpose classrooms, 9 seminar classrooms, 4 computer labs, and 2 language labs.
The student areas include a reading room with more than 200 places.
It is also worth highlighting that there is Wi-Fi access from all points of the Faculty building.
The Faculty of Labour Relations has 10 classrooms of different sizes, 4 seminar classrooms and two computer classrooms with computers for student use.
The areas available for students include 2 classrooms with Internet access and computers and a reading room with over 130 places that is shared with the Faculty of Polítical Science.
The «Concepción Arenal» Library, which services the Faculties of Polítical Science, Law and Labour Relations is housed in a building annex to the Faculty, and offers over 900 reading places.
Objectives
El objetivo general del título de Grado en Derecho es ofrecer una titulación que capacite a los graduados para el futuro desempeño de las profesiones jurídicas y parajurídicas. Se busca la formación integral del jurista, que supone tanto la adquisición de conocimientos de derecho positivo como el desarrollo de capacidades de interpretación, integración y aplicación de las normas jurídicas, con capacidad de análisis crítico del derecho y el diseño normativo. Las profesiones reguladas relacionadas con el título son las de abogado y procurador de los tribunales.
Los objetivos generales del título de Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos pretenden que el graduado adquiera las competencias necesarias para ejercer de manera idónea la profesión de Graduado Social, intervenir en el diseño y puesta en práctica de la estrategia y las políticas de recursos humanos, así como en materia de organización del trabajo en todo tipo de organizaciones, además de asesorar, prestar apoyo y emitir ditames en el ámbito sociolaboral.
