Isabel González Crespo defended her doctoral thesis entitled Mathematical models of tumor response in advanced radiotherapy techniques on 11^th December 2024 at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Mathematics. The thesis was supervised by Óscar López Pouso, a member of the research group, and Juan Pardo Montero from the Institute of Health Research of Santiago de Compostela (IDIS).

O. López-Pouso has been actively collaborating with members of IDIS for many years. The collaboration focuses on the development of biomathematical models aimed at cancer treatment.
