Fernando Cadaveira, opened the XI Conference on Alcoholism held by the Association of Rehabilitated Alcoholics of Vilagarcía (AREVA), in Vilagarcía, with a presentation on the effects that heavy alcohol consumption has on the brain in adolescents and young people.
Nayara Mota, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Imaging of Neurodegenerative Disorders (University of California at San Francisco, San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center) shared her value knowledge on “Research skills relevant to neuroscience in California: account of a postdoctoral experience”, as a guest speaker during the monthly research team meeting.
