Outbreaks of scientific interests

The research activity has focused on the field of pharmacoepidemiology and in the field of alcohol consumption among young people. In relation to the first line, his research has focused primarily on the study of factors associated with prescribing and dispensing drugs. As for the second line, his studies, with the group of Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience, have addressed the identification of the factors explaining the consumption of alcohol in college students and its consequences, both in the consumption of alcohol adulthood, as well as the social integration of the subject. His articles are published in leading journals in his field.

Brief curriculum note

Masters in Design and Statistics for Health Sciences (Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona); Doctor of Pharmacy and Master in Health Technology Assessment (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela). His teaching and research activity has been developed at USC, the Pan American Health Organization (WHO) in Buenos Aires, at the Università Cattòlica de Sacro Cuore in Rome, and at the Virginia Commonwealth University en Richmond, USA.. He has developed projects in collaboration with NGOs, professional associations, technology companies and the pharmaceutical industry. His research has focused on alcohol consumption among young people and in the field of pharmacoepidemiology
