Enjoy your first research experience in chemistry at CiQUS
Are you an enthusiastic student interested in Chemistry? You are welcome to spend a five-week paid internship at CiQUS collaborating with one of our Research Groups.
CiQUS SUMMER FELLOWSHIPS offers 15 fellowships to undergraduate students in Chemistry or related studies, giving you the opportunity to work with excellent research groups in first class labs. Selected students will receive 750 € for the period of 5 weeks (or the proportional amount to the exact period spent at CiQUS) plus travel expenses. For 4 to 5 weeks, you will learn how to use modern and sophisticated equipment and instrumentation, work and live in a challenging environment of cutting-edge research in chemistry.
You will join one of our research labs and will be trained in techniques and methods related to the assigned project, learning how to plan experiments, analyze data and observations, and present a short report on the results obtained. You will also participate in the scientific activities of the CiQUS, including internal seminars and lectures by international researchers.
On the other hand, this is a privileged opportunity to continue your research career through the master´s and doctoral programs at CiQUS, if interested, as well as to access the grants available for those formative stages. As an example, three of our Master Programs are ranked among the best in Spain.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be in one of the last two years of their undergraduate studies, with a minimum of 140 credits achieved and a minimum average mark of 8,0 on a 0-10 scale.
