Olalla Vázquez, who did her PhD under the supervision of professors José Luis Mascareñas and Eugenio Vázquez Sentís, received the Research Award from the Diputación de Pontevedra for her work developed in year 2010, during her PhD training. Dr. Vázquez is currently doing postdoctoral research at Humboldt University in Berlin, under the auspices of a Marie Curie fellowship.
