It will entitle you to a certificate issued by the Congress organization for 20 hours of attendance and participation and, if applicable, what corresponds to the defended contribution (communication, poster, ...).
All registered people who attend the activities will be offered coffee breaks free of charge.
They will also be provided with the conference materials (proceedings); and access to sociocultural visits that, having limited places, will only be held if there has been enough interested people.
For those defended contributions, publication in the book of conferences’ records is guaranteed, with the corresponding ISBN.
The best conference paper (communication) in Portuguese and Galician/Spanish, selected by the Scientific-Technical Committee, may become a chapter of a monographic book on some topic of the congress.
Given the limited capacity, registrations will be processed on a strict first-come, first-served basis from September 22 to November 17, 2023. Exceptionally, if there were available space in the rooms, a person could register at the congress reception on the same day of the start from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, only as an attendee.
