¡Bienvenido/a a la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela!
INSCRIPCIÓN EN LÍNEA
Para ser finalmente aceptado por la USC, por favor, cubre el formulario y carga los documentos necesarios a través de nuestra aplicación online https://aplicacions.usc.es/xescampusIntercambioExterna/erasmus/index.htm utilizando los datos que recibiste por email:
Por favor, realiza la inscripción lo antes posible, para poder revisar tu documentación y aceptarte cuanto antes.
Una vez cubierto el formulario tendrás que cargar los siguientes 5 documentos en la aplicación para terminar tu solicitud:
- Pasaporte
- Acuerdo de estudios (learning agreement) cubierto y firmado por ti y por tu universidad de origen. Puedes descargar el formulario en la web que se indica abajo.
- Carta de motivación en español o inglés explicando por qué quieres hacer una movilidad Erasmus y por qué has elegido nuestra universidad.
- Certificado académico de los estudios que estás realizando actualmente en tu universidad de origen. Puede ser el comprobante de matrícula o el transcript of records.
- Título de español nivel B1 o superior: aceptamos DELE o títulos similares o un certificado oficial de tu Universidad que declare que tienes al menos un nivel B1 de español. Para las titulaciones que excepcionalmente se imparten en inglés, también aceptamos un título de inglés B1 o superior.
Cuando comprobemos que todos los documentos están correctos te enviaremos la carta de aceptación que te servirá para solicitar el visado, en caso de que lo necesites.
Fechas de movilidad:
Primer semestre: del 1 de septiembre al 31 de enero.
Segundo semestre: del 1 de febrero al 30 de junio.

Welcome to the University of Santiago de Compostela!
ONLINE REGISTRATION
You need to fill out our on-line application form in order to complete your registration. Please access the application form at: https://aplicacions.usc.es/xescampusIntercambioExterna/erasmus/index.htm using the login details that you received by email:
Please, upload the documents as soon as possible, so we can check them and accept your mobility.
Once you have completed the form, you will have to upload the following 5 documents:
- Passport
- Learning agreement, duly completed and signed by you and by your home University. You can download the template in the website written below.
- Motivation letter in Spanish or English explaining the reasons why you wish to do an Erasmus mobility and why you chose our university as your destination.
- Transcript of records or another document that states the you are currently registered at your home university this academic year.
- B1 Spanish language certificate: we may accept an official DELE certificate or other B1 certificates or diplomas, or even a formal confirmation from your home university that you have B1 level in Spanish. If you study one of the Degrees/Doctoral Programmes that exceptionally teach in English at USC, we may accept instead a certificate of B1 English.
Once we have checked that all your application documents are correct, we will send you an acceptance letter for you to apply for visa, if you need it.
Academic calendar:
Autum semester: from the 1st of September to the 31st of January.
Spring semester: from the 1st of February to the 30 of June.
