To introduce the Knowledge of the Elaboration Process of Policies and the Actors that participates. Also it is objective of the Discipline analyze the Consequences on the Economy and the Society of the Political Intervention. It is necessary also to study the Knowledge of the Logics of internal and external Operation of the Public Organizations.
- Study and Analysis of the Elaboration Process of Public Policies, specially in the Study of the Definition of Problems and their Analytical Treatment, in the Formulation of Policies and in their Implementation and Assessment.
- Analysis of the Logics of Operation of the implicated Actors in the Elaboration Process of Policies: Politicians, Administrative Officials and Groups of Pressure.
- Study of the Power and of the Conflict Dynamics within the Public Administrations.
- Analysis of the Interventionism and its Consequences in the Social Order.

- To develop Work Capacities and Individual Meditation.
- Participative theoretical Blackboard Classes.
- Individualized Tutorial Works in which each Student must study in depth in some of the epigraphs of the Subject Programme or in some Local Policy.
- Discussions of Local Policies in the Seminars.
The Mark will be composed of the Results of the Exam, of the developed Work in the Tutorial Works and the Participation in the Seminars in a Proportion of 50-40-10% respectively.
The Time of the Class Attendance and Seminars more a daily hour two days a week along the course must be enough.
The Teacher will facility to the Beginning of the Course materials of Study. The Ideal Student must go reading with anticipation to the class the materials corresponding to the theme of the day, so it facilities the understanding of them. If the Student does this, he must not have any problems to pass the Subject.
