Please be informed that on Monday, July 21 at 11:00 am, the presentation and defense of Cristina Gallego Rodríguez's doctoral thesis, titled "Valorisation of fish skin using eutectic solvents" will take place in the auditorium of the School of Engineering. The thesis is supervised by Dr. Ana María Soto Campos and Dr. Hector Rodríguez Martínez.
