THESIF

Description

The software THESIF (thermal-electromagnetic-hydrodinamical simulation of an induction furnace) was developed in the department of Applied Mathematics of the university of Santiago de Compostela. This application was designed to model the magnetic induction heating in a asyssimetric domain. This process involves electromagnetic and hydrodinamic fenomena, as long as phase changes in the liquid metal.

This software allows you
• to selecct the mesh domain and the data model;
• to solve both in steady and evolutionary state;
• to show the obtained fields.
