On 22th and 23th January CiQUS organised the course 'Advances in Chemical Research ", aimed at teachers who develop their teaching in secondary schools and Formación Profesional. At the course, attended by 45 non-university teachers, a group of CiQUS researchers and professors unveiled the latest scientific advances in chemistry with an informative perspective, relating to research carried out in the CiQUS.
As complementary activities, studies in chemistry at USC were presented, experiments and demonstrations were conducted in the laboratory, various teaching resources weres analyzed and research facilities which CiQUS has were shown.
This course was an excellent opportunity to exchange views among the various professionals involved in the teaching of chemistry in Galicia.
