Scholarships and study grants are one of the instruments that contribute most effectively to making the principle of equal opportunities possible. The Scholarships and Grants Service centralises the services offered to university students in relation to the management and processing of scholarships and grants to study, whether they are State, from the USC itself or the institutions with which they are agreed.
