A Química é unha ciencia ampla que abarca desde o mundo submicroscópico dos átomos e as moléculas ata o ámbito dos materiais que utilizamos de xeito cotián, constituíndo unha parte esencial da formación de moitos científicos e enxeñeiros.
A ciencia da Bioloxía estuda a vida desde o nivel molecular ata o ecosistema, incluído todo o relacionado coa especie humana, a biotecnoloxía e a conservación e xestión do medio ambiente constitúe un dos eixes fundamentais da investigación básica e aplicada a nivel mundial.

1.- El alumnado de primer curso por primera vez a tiempo completo tiene que matricular 72 créditos.
2.- Continuación de estudios : libre con un máximo de 90 créditos.
La USC tiene un programa de alumnos tutores para las titulaciones de grao, de forma que alumnos de últimos cursos, despues de una formación que les facilita la Universidad, realizan tareas de orientación a los alumnos que inician los estudios.
Información programa alumnos tutores:
Cuando se produzca la suspensión de un Título oficial, la USC garantiza el adecuado desarrollo efectivo de las enseñanzas que hubieran iniciado sus estudiantes hasta su finalización. Para ello, el Consejo de Gobierno aprueba los criterios relacionados, entre otros, con:
• La admisión de matrículas de nuevo ingreso en la titulación.
• La supresión gradual de la impartición de la docencia.
• Si el título extinguido es sustituido por otro similar (modificando la naturaleza del título), fija las condiciones que facilitan a los/las estudiantes la continuidad de estudios en el nuevo título y las equivalencias entre las materias de uno y otro plan.
Pueden acceder a estudios de Grado aquellos estudiantes que posean los títulos, diplomas o estudios siguientes u otros declarados equivalentes u homologados a estos:
A.1. Bachiller del Sistema Educativo Español, Bachillerato Europeo o Bachillerato Internacional.
A.2. Bachillerato procedente de sistemas educativos de Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o de otros Estados con los que se hayan suscrito acuerdos internacionales.
A.3. Técnico Superior de Formación Profesional, Técnico Superior de Artes Plásticas y Diseño o Técnico Deportivo Superior perteneciente al Sistema Educativo Español.
A.4. Otros estudios que, en un Estado miembro de la Unión Europea o en otros Estados con los que se hayan suscrito acuerdos internacionales en régimen de reciprocidad, acrediten los requisitos académicos exigidos en dichos Estados para acceder a sus estudios universitarios.
A.5. Títulos universitarios oficiales de Diplomado, Arquitecto Técnico, Ingeniero Técnico, Licenciado, Arquitecto, Ingeniero, Graduado o Máster Universitario.
A.6. Estudios universitarios parciales, extranjeros o españoles.
También podrán acceder a estudios de Grado:
B.1. Personas mayores de veinticinco años que superen una prueba de acceso específica.
B.2. Personas mayores de cuarenta años con experiencia laboral o profesional en relación con una enseñanza universitaria.
B.3. Personas mayores de cuarenta y cinco años que superen una prueba de acceso específica.
Asimismo, podrán acceder a estudios de Grado:
C.1. Personas que estuvieran en condiciones de acceder a la universidad según ordenaciones del Sistema Educativo Español anteriores a la Ley Orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre.
A facultade de Química conta con 12 aulas de docencia de distinta capacidade, 2 aulas de seminario e 2 aulas de informática con equipamento docente. Para a formación práctica, conta con varios laboratorios.
Existen tamén espazos habilitados para o alumnado:
- 2 aulas de informática de acceso libre equipadas con ordenadores.
- 2 salas de estudo.
A facultade de Bioloxía conta con 10 aulas de propósito xeral de distinta capacidade. Para a formación práctica, conta con 4 laboratorios de prácticas dotados de infraestrutura con capacidade para 24 persoas, 8 laboratorios de prácticas con equipamento específico para realización de prácticas nas distintas materias, con capacidade para 20 alumnos cada un e un laboratorio con equipamento e infraestrutura para a docencia práctica, con capacidade para 24 alumnos. Así mesmo, dispón de tres aulas de informática para a docencia.
Existen tamén espazos habilitados para o alumnado:
- Dúas aulas de informática de uso libre que están dotadas con ordenadores.
- Unha sala na biblioteca para a realización de traballos en equipo, con soporte informático e conexión a internet.
Ambos centros dispoñen de biblioteca con fondos específicos e postos de lectura.
Tamén hai que destacar que desde calquera punto das dúas Facultades é posible a conexión sen fíos a Internet.

Mobility
La movilidad de los/as estudiantes está regulada a través del “Reglamento de intercambios interuniversitarios”. A través de la Oficina de Relaciones Exteriores se gestionan programas de intercambio tanto nacionales (SICUE), como europeos (ERASMUS) y extracomunitarios (intercambios con países de América Latina o países de habla inglesa):
Internships
Dentro de las materias optativas de la doble titulación, se oferta la materia de prácticas externas del Grado en Biología. El objetivo fundamental es que el alumnado desarrolle las competencias adquiridas en materias del Grado a través de su inmersión en un entorno laboral representativo de su contexto profesional futuro.
Para acreditar que los alumnos han adquirido las competencias establecidas en los dos grados, se realizarán dos trabajos de fin de grado, que se regirán por la normativa general y por la de cada centro. Se buscará que exista una relación entre la temática de los dos TFG con vistas a una mayor integración de los estudios.

A Química é unha ciencia ampla que abarca desde o mundo submicroscópico dos átomos e as moléculas ata o ámbito dos materiais que utilizamos de xeito cotián, constituíndo unha parte esencial da formación de moitos científicos e enxeñeiros.
A ciencia da Bioloxía estuda a vida desde o nivel molecular ata o ecosistema, incluído todo o relacionado coa especie humana, a biotecnoloxía e a conservación e xestión do medio ambiente constitúe un dos eixes fundamentais da investigación básica e aplicada a nivel mundial.

1.- El alumnado de primer curso por primera vez a tiempo completo tiene que matricular 72 créditos.
2.- Continuación de estudios : libre con un máximo de 90 créditos.
La USC tiene un programa de alumnos tutores para las titulaciones de grao, de forma que alumnos de últimos cursos, despues de una formación que les facilita la Universidad, realizan tareas de orientación a los alumnos que inician los estudios.
Información programa alumnos tutores:
Cuando se produzca la suspensión de un Título oficial, la USC garantiza el adecuado desarrollo efectivo de las enseñanzas que hubieran iniciado sus estudiantes hasta su finalización. Para ello, el Consejo de Gobierno aprueba los criterios relacionados, entre otros, con:
• La admisión de matrículas de nuevo ingreso en la titulación.
• La supresión gradual de la impartición de la docencia.
• Si el título extinguido es sustituido por otro similar (modificando la naturaleza del título), fija las condiciones que facilitan a los/las estudiantes la continuidad de estudios en el nuevo título y las equivalencias entre las materias de uno y otro plan.
Pueden acceder a estudios de Grado aquellos estudiantes que posean los títulos, diplomas o estudios siguientes u otros declarados equivalentes u homologados a estos:
A.1. Bachiller del Sistema Educativo Español, Bachillerato Europeo o Bachillerato Internacional.
A.2. Bachillerato procedente de sistemas educativos de Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o de otros Estados con los que se hayan suscrito acuerdos internacionales.
A.3. Técnico Superior de Formación Profesional, Técnico Superior de Artes Plásticas y Diseño o Técnico Deportivo Superior perteneciente al Sistema Educativo Español.
A.4. Otros estudios que, en un Estado miembro de la Unión Europea o en otros Estados con los que se hayan suscrito acuerdos internacionales en régimen de reciprocidad, acrediten los requisitos académicos exigidos en dichos Estados para acceder a sus estudios universitarios.
A.5. Títulos universitarios oficiales de Diplomado, Arquitecto Técnico, Ingeniero Técnico, Licenciado, Arquitecto, Ingeniero, Graduado o Máster Universitario.
A.6. Estudios universitarios parciales, extranjeros o españoles.
También podrán acceder a estudios de Grado:
B.1. Personas mayores de veinticinco años que superen una prueba de acceso específica.
B.2. Personas mayores de cuarenta años con experiencia laboral o profesional en relación con una enseñanza universitaria.
B.3. Personas mayores de cuarenta y cinco años que superen una prueba de acceso específica.
Asimismo, podrán acceder a estudios de Grado:
C.1. Personas que estuvieran en condiciones de acceder a la universidad según ordenaciones del Sistema Educativo Español anteriores a la Ley Orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre.
A facultade de Química conta con 12 aulas de docencia de distinta capacidade, 2 aulas de seminario e 2 aulas de informática con equipamento docente. Para a formación práctica, conta con varios laboratorios.
Existen tamén espazos habilitados para o alumnado:
- 2 aulas de informática de acceso libre equipadas con ordenadores.
- 2 salas de estudo.
A facultade de Bioloxía conta con 10 aulas de propósito xeral de distinta capacidade. Para a formación práctica, conta con 4 laboratorios de prácticas dotados de infraestrutura con capacidade para 24 persoas, 8 laboratorios de prácticas con equipamento específico para realización de prácticas nas distintas materias, con capacidade para 20 alumnos cada un e un laboratorio con equipamento e infraestrutura para a docencia práctica, con capacidade para 24 alumnos. Así mesmo, dispón de tres aulas de informática para a docencia.
Existen tamén espazos habilitados para o alumnado:
- Dúas aulas de informática de uso libre que están dotadas con ordenadores.
- Unha sala na biblioteca para a realización de traballos en equipo, con soporte informático e conexión a internet.
Ambos centros dispoñen de biblioteca con fondos específicos e postos de lectura.
Tamén hai que destacar que desde calquera punto das dúas Facultades é posible a conexión sen fíos a Internet.

Mobility
La movilidad de los/as estudiantes está regulada a través del “Reglamento de intercambios interuniversitarios”. A través de la Oficina de Relaciones Exteriores se gestionan programas de intercambio tanto nacionales (SICUE), como europeos (ERASMUS) y extracomunitarios (intercambios con países de América Latina o países de habla inglesa):
Internships
Dentro de las materias optativas de la doble titulación, se oferta la materia de prácticas externas del Grado en Biología. El objetivo fundamental es que el alumnado desarrolle las competencias adquiridas en materias del Grado a través de su inmersión en un entorno laboral representativo de su contexto profesional futuro.
Para acreditar que los alumnos han adquirido las competencias establecidas en los dos grados, se realizarán dos trabajos de fin de grado, que se regirán por la normativa general y por la de cada centro. Se buscará que exista una relación entre la temática de los dos TFG con vistas a una mayor integración de los estudios.
Además, se procurará ofrecer temáticas que supongan líneas de investigación colaborativas entre ambas titulaciones y serán codirigidas, siempre que sea posible, por profesores de Química y Biología; con lo que se pretende garantizar la iniciación en la investigación desde la perspectiva complementaria de las dos disciplinas.
