SUPRABIOIN (Bioinorganic and Supramolecular Chemistry Research Group): Research in supramolecular chemistry, cluster helicates, new routes of synthesis of complexes, and study of the catalytic activity of the metallocompounds and determination of their reaction mechanisms.
This research group has promoted the Rede MetalBIO (Galician Network for Research on Metal ions in Biological Systems).
SUPRABIOIN is member of the European Network Perspect-H2O (Supramolecular Photocatalytic Water Splitting) and the following networks of excellence: MetalBIO (Red de iones metálicos en sistemas biológicos), MetDrugs (Metals in Therapy and Diagnosis) e H2BioCatO2 (Complejos metálicos biomiméticos: utilización de hidrógeno, oxígeno y dióxido de carbono).
