General competences.
CG9 Intervene in health promotion activities, disease prevention, at the individual, family and community levels with a comprehensive and multiprofessional vision of the health-disease process.
CG14 Promote work and collaboration capacities in multidisciplinary teams and relationships with other health professionals.
CG16 Recognize own limitations and the need to maintain and update professional competence, giving special importance to self-learning of new knowledge based on available scientific evidence.
Specific competences:
- Know and understand the functions that the nervous system, the endocrine system and the blood play in the activity of the human organism.
- Understand the integration mechanisms and how the organism behaves as a functional unit
Cross-cutting competences:
CI03: Basic general knowledge
CS01: Ability to learn
CS01: Ability to apply knowledge in practice
CP01: Critical and self-critical capacity
SCENARIO 1
Expository Classes and Interactive Classes: Face-to-face in the Classroom. It can be combined with synchronous virtual teaching up to 10% of the total hours of the subject.
Laboratory practices: Face-to-face in the laboratory.
Tutorials: Face-to-face.
SCENARIO 2
Expository classes: Virtual way with synchronous or asynchronous mechanisms.
Interactive class: Virtual way with synchronous or asynchronous mechanisms.
Laboratory practices: 50% face-to-face synchronous laboratory tests; 50% virtual asynchronous.
Tutorials: synchronous virtual ones will be prioritized.
SCENARIO 3
Expository and interactive classes: synchronous / asynchronous virtual teaching.
Laboratory practices: Virtual synchronous or asynchronous or a combination of both.
Tutorials: Synchronous virtuals.
The realization of practices is obligatory being essential for the evaluation.
The USC Virtual Campus will be used with all the tools available and required for each scenario, as well as the "Teams" platform when necessary.
The evaluation will consist of:
1) A final test. 70% of the total final grade.
Theoretical and practical content. It may consist of test questions (true / false, multiple choice and single answer) and / or short questions.
It will be necessary to reach a minimum of 3 points out of 7 of the total to assess the rest of the merits.
2) A continuous evaluation. 30% of the total final grade.
Participation in the activities proposed in the interactive classes and the resolution of tests related to the theoretical / practical content will be valued.
SCENARIO 1: Final test, participation and activities in interactive classes. Classroom.
Resolution of theoretical / practical questions will be carried out in an asynchronous virtual way using the Virtual Campus.
SCENARIO 2: Final exam- if this is the case, it will be carried out synchronously electronically. Participation in interactive classes will take place in person in the classroom.
The resolution of theoretical / practical questions will be carried out in an asynchronous virtual way using the Virtual Campus.
SCENARIO 3: Final exam will be carried out synchronously online. The exhibition of works and participation in interactive classes will be carried out in virtual synchronous / asynchronous manner. The resolution of theoretical / practical questions will be carried out in an asynchronous virtual way using the Virtual Campus.
In the case of repeating students, they will not have to repeat - if they do not wish to - the practices in the case of having done them in previous calls.
The evaluation criteria in the second opportunity of the call will be the same as in the first opportunity.
The realization of practices is obligatory being essential for the evaluation.
La realización de las prácticas es obligatoria e imprescindible para la evaluación.
"In cases of fraudulent performance of exercises or tests, the provisions of the Regulations for evaluating student academic performance and reviewing grades will apply."

- Attendance at expository classes and interactive seminars
- Regular dedication
- Do not advance without understanding and knowing the previous subject
- Use the platform as a complement
- Consult the bibliography
- Use the tutoring hours to solve difficulties
- Read the practical script before going to do them
the Teaching Methodology and the Learning Assessment System will use telematic tools,
both synchronous and asynchronous to consider the possibility of implementing the three possible scenarios:
adapted normality, distance and closure of facilities.
