Academic and professional orientations: The main objective of the final project is to achieve that students use all the knowledge and skills acquired in the courses of the master.
Research orientation: The main objective of the final project is to initiate students into research in the areas of knowledge related to Business Administration, Marketing, Finance and Accounting.
Academic and professional orientations: The specific content will be defined in each individual work. It can be a proposal to establish a company or any other project related to the skills of the master.
Research orientation: Design and implementation of a scientific work in any area of knowledge related to Business Administration, Marketing, Finance and Accounting. The specific content will be defined in each individual work.

Academic and professional orientations:-. Ability to define the work objectives.- Ability to draw up tasks, to organize the steps that have to be taken to meet the objectives and to carry out the work according to the settled plan.- Ability to look for important information for the work and being able to select it.- Ability to use the acquired knowledge which may be useful for the work and include it to the new information. - Ability to organize and present information in a structural and clear way.- Ability to recognize the limitations of the work and to suggest new future research lines.
Research orientation:In addition to the abilities outlined above, the final project will develop the following competencies:-. Ability to apply the most relevant research methods in management.-. Ability to design a research.-. Ability to interpret results and draw relevant conclusions.
Academic and professional orientations: The student has to perform and present a project that shows the skills he/she acquired in the master. It has to be included in the project, at least, tasks of search and bibliographic revision, reading and integration of information, scheme preparation, writing and presentation.
Research orientation: The student has to perform and present a project that shows the research skills in business management he/she acquired in the master.During its development there will be working sessions together with the tutor where both together will plan the tasks to carry out and the tutor will guide the project. At the end, the project has to be orally presented by the student before a board of examiners which is nominated by the Academic Commission of the master.
Academic and professional orientations. The following aspects will be assessed: content, integration level of the knowledge acquired in the different courses and academic activities of the master, personal contributions, skills to analyse critically information, structure, expression and oral presentation.
Research orientation. The following aspects will be assessed: content, structure, theoretical, adequacy of the methodology and level of mastery in the use of the methodology used, references used, relevance of the findings, practical implications and ability to stimulate new research.
Common to all three orientations:Besides, it will also be assessed the commitment during the performance of the project, the fulfilment of the tutor’s guidelines, the fulfilment of the task planning during the carrying out of the project and, lastly, the initiative.
The estimated time necessary to perform the project is 150 hours.
It is recommended to follow the guidance of the tutor and to meet the set deadlines.
CONTINGENCY PLAN
The USC establishes 3 possible scenarios: scenario 1 (adapted normality), scenario 2 (distancing) and scenario 3 (closure of the facilities).
Regarding the METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING, tutoring will be carried out in person or telematically in scenario 1, in person or telematically in scenario 2 and telematically in scenario 3, depending on the indications of the competent administration and the USC.
Regarding the EVALUATION SYSTEM, the presentation and defense of the TFM will be carried out in person or telematically in scenario 1, in person or telematically in scenario 2 and telematically in scenario 3, depending on the indications of the competent administration and from the USC. Regarding the defense procedure and the evaluation criteria, the provisions of the USC Academic Regulations will be followed (both general and specific of the Regulamento de matrícula, elaboración e defensa dos Traballos Fin de Grao e Fin de Máster na USC, approved by the Consello de Goberno of March 10, 2016, and the Regulamento do Traballo de Fin de Máster en Dirección de Empresas da USC, ratified in the Consello de Goberno of May 21, 2014), with the adaptations that it is necessary to do in scenario 2 and scenario 3 depending on the instructions of the competent administration and the USC.
