Essential for an in-depth understanding of Coulombic fluids are aspects such as structure, thermodynamics, transport, electrochemistry, interface properties and modelling. Experimental and theoretical methods as well as techniques for data collection and analysis are constantly being developed and improved, aiming to advance the manifold technological applications of these materials."
