The analysis of the tenson and the partimen has generally been forgotten in the literary studies which are simplistic and imprecise approximations since the comparisons between traditions have been absent. Nevertheless, the follow-up and the continuation which was explained from the Occitan lyric in other traditions (French, Galician-Portuguese, Italian and Spanish) not only, are they indicative factors of the success of these compositions out of the field in which they were born, but also, they were the recurrence that the authors did to each one of them in all the literary areas mentioned.
In our project, we have made a formal and thematic comparative of some dialogued compositions whose essay persists in several of the literary commands already studied, either with the same characteristics or with small changes that enrich the conceptual variety of the modalities disputativas of the romance medieval lyric. Our purposal shows that both of dialogued modalities were composed in a very similar way in different traditions
