- Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS) on free diffusing molecules (home-built)
- Single Molecule Fluorescence Detection (SMFD)
- Single-Molecule Fluorescence Imaging with Total Internal Reflection Microscopy (sm-TIRF) of immobilized molecules (home-built)
Data-analysis
Rigorous data-analysis is essential for the complex systems we study.
We use mostly home-written software coded in Matlab, Mathematica or Origin.
