Summary
This final degree project, through the application of the Input-Output methodology, will evaluate the effectiveness of a public policy in Galicia that results in a demand shock. In the current context of economic recovery following the pandemic or the new European demands for more energy-efficient mobility, public aid is vitally important to incentivize spending and thus reactivate the economy of a region or country. In Galicia, the Renew Your Vehicle Plan has these objectives. The analysis carried out through two scenarios will show that, in addition to the objectives themselves, creating a demand shock through public policy generates positive economic effects: a direct effect and an indirect effect on the different production sectors of the Galician economy, as well as a multiplier effect.

In this paper you can find an introduction and contextualization of the Caja Rural Group, specifically the Caixa Rural Galega credit cooperative. It explains its main characteristics and environment and concludes with conclusions, limitations and possible extensions. It also includes several tables and graphs, some taken from the internet and others by own elaboration using statistical websites such as the INE or design tools such as Canva. I believe the paper clarifies Caixa Rural Galega's situation in the spanish financial system and in relation to its competitors, which I can already say is a very good position with very promising future prospects. The introduction and planning sections explain the objectives, methodology and steps to follow for this paper.

Summary
The marks of distributor have experienced a constant growth in the last years, consolidating as an attractive option for the consumers. The recent financial crisis has changed the behaviour of purchase, carrying to the consumers to be more demanding with his decisions of purchase. By his part, the marks of distributor have known to adapt to these changes, standing out by his competitive prices, but also by attributes like the quality, the innovation and the sustainability. Thus, this work tackles the phenomenon of the marks of distributor, exploring his evolution, classification and the impact in consumers, distributors and manufacturers. It focuses in the case of Mercadona, leader in the Spanish market, to analyse the differences of price in his marks of distributor and compare them with the ones of other retailers like Lidl and Eroski. Between the conclusions of the study, resalta that, although the differences of prices between products of white mark are small, these can have a considerable impact on a long-term basis, especially in products of frequent purchase. In this analysis, Lidl stood out for offering the most competitive prices in the three products analysed.

Summary
This Final Degree Project (TFG) focuses on analyzing the economic and financial situation of the company Endesa Energía, S.A.U. for the fiscal years from 2019 to 2023. To do so, an initial analysis of the sector and the company itself is conducted in order to contextualize its current situation and establish the necessary foundation to achieve the main objective of this project. Subsequently, using various analytical tools, a study of the main economic and financial data is carried out, using its direct competitor, Iberdrola Clientes, S.A., as a benchmark and comparable company. Based on the information contained in the financial statements, horizontal and vertical percentages are applied, along with different ratios that allow for an analysis of the short-term (liquidity), long-term (solvency), and profitability financial situation. The results obtained highlight the current and future challenges faced by both companies in a sector undergoing a full transition toward a more sustainable model, where technological innovation, supply tensions, and the constant need for adaptation define and will continue to define the evolution of the Spanish energy system. This paper contains 11,006 words.

Summary
Artificial intelligence is a technological revolution that has been implemented in all areas of modern life. Its ability to process large volumes of data and learn from them has driven advances in multiple fields. Adapting to its use has become essential for the competitiveness of companies and has also sparked a race between countries. Technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing have enabled the existence of virtual assistants, more accurate medical diagnoses, and automation of complex processes, among many other things. Furthermore, AI fosters innovation in creative, scientific, and productive sectors, showing a potential for improvement and refinement that is still broad. What once may have seemed a futuristic idea has become a reality in a matter of decades. Two of the capabilities of artificial intelligence are text generation and natural language understanding. The following work has been used to provide a practical example of a chatbot that employs a language model with artificial intelligence to justify the development of a structured SDLC plan that will ensure the integration of all processes and guarantee the correct technical operation of the project. The creation of the chatbot was oriented toward a real case and could be applied in practice without drawbacks. It aimed to solve real problems observed at the Breogán Basketball Club, benefiting not only the organization but also the subscribers, who represent a considerable percentage of the city of Lugo. This work consists of approximately 8,200 words.

Summary
This Final Degree Project analyzes the quality of employment in Spain, focusing exclusively on the dimension of psychosocial and occupational well-being. To this end, it uses microdata from the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS), a particularly relevant edition that reflects the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on working conditions. The methodology used consists of a descriptive analysis of key psychosocial variables, examining their distribution and prevalence within the Spanish working population. The most significant findings reveal a clear gender and age gap in exposure to these factors. It was observed that younger workers and women report greater work intensity, manifested in fast-paced rhythms and short deadlines. Furthermore, women were identified as suffering more from anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and physical ailments, such as headaches and back pain, compared to men. The paper also highlights the importance of factors like recognition, training opportunities, and work-life balance as crucial elements for the protection of workers’ psychosocial health. The study reveals that, despite perceived opportunities for growth, the combination of a high workload and low recognition creates vulnerability, especially among women between the aged 30 to 44. These results demonstrate the need for psychosocial risk management to be addressed through public policy, as recognized by Spanish legislation, in order to design a fairer and healthier labor market. This paper consists of 10,105 words.

Summary
This paper aims to analyze Argentina’s monetary policy from the COVID-19 crisis up to the present. The starting point is the critical situation left by the pandemic, with the fall in GDP, rising unemployment, and inflation that could be considered the country’s main economic problem. The study reviews the measures adopted during Alberto Fernández’s presidency, where monetary issuance and foreign exchange controls were key to sustaining the economy (which was already facing difficulties beforehand), but at the cost of higher inflation and greater distrust in the peso. Subsequently, the paper examines the first decisions of Javier Milei’s government, which implemented a strong fiscal adjustment, a devaluation of the peso, and the elimination of Central Bank financing to the Treasury. These measures brought some relief to monthly inflation but also had a significant social impact. One chapter is devoted to the proposal of dollarization. Precedents such as the case of Ecuador are presented, analyzing the advantages of price stability as well as the risks arising from the lack of reserves and Argentina’s high level of public debt. In addition, the role of cryptocurrencies as an alternative means of saving in the face of inflation and exchange controls is explored, emphasizing that in Argentina their use has grown more out of necessity than technological innovation. The main conclusion is that both dollarization and cryptocurrencies may provide partial relief but do not address the underlying problems. The key for the future remains the restoration of trust in institutions and fiscal discipline.

Summary
Good positioning, engagement generation, and connection with the target audience are key factors that define a company’s success, especially in leisure activities such as event organization. The aim of this study is to analyze the perception and satisfaction level of attendees at La Ruta 2025, an event organized by the Susurros Lugo brand, in preparation for a second edition. This study combines quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The quantitative analysis is based on data collected through surveys from the first edition participants, while the qualitative analysis relies on information obtained through a case study. This approach allows a deeper understanding of the experience and highlights the factors that determine the willingness to attend future editions of the event. The study results show a very positive evaluation of the event by attendees, revealing the effectiveness of the marketing tools used, particularly the brand co-creation process carried out by Susurros and its audience. Thanks to this connection with the customer, the perceived brand value increases, positioning it very positively for the future. The results also reveal negative aspects to consider from the participants’ point of view, which will be valuable for organizing the next edition. This work contributes to understanding how experiential events can influence the co-construction of a brand and its emotional connection with customers. Likewise, it allows identifying key factors related to its success and value enhancement.

Summary
The planning of this project was quite simple. It was based on meetings with the tutor to guide me in carrying out the work and on independent research. The project consists of an economic and financial analysis of the company Enseduca, SAL during the period from 2023 to 2019, which will allow me to observe its evolution. On the other hand, I will also select two companies from the sector in order to make a comparison between them and the company analyzed. The reason why I chose this company is because it has a long history in the town council, dating back to 1946, and it has taught thousands of young people from the region. What took me the most time was the analysis, mainly because I had very few models of similar companies to use as a reference. As I said, the purpose of this project is to obtain an economic and financial analysis of Enseduca within the education sector. To do this, I will divide the project into three parts: first, a brief introduction of the company and the sector; second, the economic and financial analysis of the company and the comparison group as the central part; and finally, the conclusions drawn from the analysis. The economic and financial analysis and the conclusions will be based on the calculation of different ratios, indicators, and percentages obtained from the data collected in its Financial Statements.

Summary
This project presents a business plan focused on the creation of an artisanal coffee liquor brand with a Galician identity. The document provides a comprehensive analysis of the key aspects required to launch the project, from the study of the market and competition to the definition of the production process, organizational structure, marketing strategies, and financial planning. The project is structured in four progressive growth phases that enable a gradual and controlled expansion. Phase 1 proposes an initial production of 200 liters per month for the local market, using aguardiente purchased from external suppliers. In Phase 2, production increases to 500 liters per month, with the aim of expanding into the provincial market and optimizing costs through volume discounts. Phase 3 involves expansion at the regional level, reaching 1,000 liters of production and incorporating a still and a coffee roaster, which allows for the internalization of key processes. Finally, Phase 4 foresees reaching 2,000 liters per month and consolidating distribution at the national level, supported by greater infrastructure and a specialized sales team. The purpose of this work is twofold. On the one hand, it seeks to evaluate the technical, economic, and commercial viability of the project through a detailed analysis of the sector, risks, and opportunities. On the other hand, it aims to apply the knowledge acquired during the Degree in Business Administration and Management to design a complete business plan that helps to understand the key factors conditioning its development.

Summary
This project details the business plan for NextPlayer Insights, S.L., a technology consulting firm specialized in predicting the performance of soccer players using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. Faced with the increasing complexity and volume of data in sports, this project proposes a solution that transcends traditional scouting methods, offering objective analysis to optimize transfer decisions, especially in segments with limited access to these tools. The main differentiation of NextPlayer Insights, S.L. lies in its initial focus on the Second and Third Federation categories (2nd and 3rd RFEF), a market niche with a clear need for professionalization. The business model is based on a specialized consulting service, through which customized performance projection reports are prepared. To ensure viability in the start-up phase, the initial operations will be based on data acquired from an external commercial provider. After the second year, and following validation of the model, the development of an in-house technology platform will begin. This internal tool will allow scaling the analysis capacity and will serve as a basis for future business lines, such as possible subscription services (SaaS). The commercial approach will be direct and consultative sales, starting in the Galician market and expanding progressively. The economic-financial projections, which contemplate gradual growth and an optimized cost structure, estimate that the company will reach operating break-even in the third year. Profitability indicators, such as a positive NPV and an IRR above the cost of capital, support the viability of the project. This initiative represents, in short, a commitment to the democratization of advanced analytics in semi-professional soccer, offering a tangible competitive advantage to its clubs.

Summary
The research was based on the study of electric vehicles in the Spanish market. The general objective was to analyze the economic impact that electric vehicles have in Spain. The research was approached from a qualitative documentary perspective, in the sense that information was analyzed such as the evolution of electric vehicles, the types, the current situation, supply and demand, the target audience, charging points, tax benefits at a national level and in Galicia, as well as the comparison between some gasoline vehicles and electric vehicles. It concludes that it indeed has an important impact on the Spanish and global economy, as well as an environmental impact that makes them attractive for purchase, but there is still a long way to go.

Summary
The main objective of the study is to understand the legal consequences of non-compliance, a highly relevant issue in civil law due to the importance of the obligatory relationship. An obligation is defined as the legal bond that constrains the debtor to perform an act of giving, doing or not doing something in favour of the creditor. Breach occurs when the debtor deviates from the expected performance, infringing on the creditor's rights and affecting the object of the obligation. Breach can be absolute (when performance is no longer possible or has lost value for the creditor) or relative (if performance is defective, partial or delayed). A distinction is also made between attributable breach (due to the debtor's intent or fault) and non-attributable breach (due to causes beyond the debtor's control, such as unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure). The essential elements are the existence of a valid and enforceable obligation, the failure to perform or the defective performance of the obligation, and that the liability is attributable to the debtor. The main remedy for non-performance is specific performance, which allows the party entitled to demand performance in kind, depending on the type of obligation. If specific performance is not possible, compensation for damages is sought, which includes actual damages and loss of profits. Penalty clauses can pre-settle compensation, simplifying the claim. In reciprocal obligations, serious breach allows for termination of the contract, extinguishing the relationship with the right to damages. The debtor's default (culpable delay) gives rise to liability for damages caused by the delay, specifically interest on monetary debts.
