Mandatory insurance:
17,50€ (Students who formally enroll in their own Postgraduate courses, Continuous Training and Training Program, will also be included the amount of mandatory accident insurance and travel assistance for USC students, as established in current regulations (Council Agreement Government June 29, 2009) and will be issued together with the 1st liquidation of registration. Except in the courses that are 100% virtuous, considered these by academic year; and in the cases in which the students have paid this same insurance in a USC degree in the current academic year.)
Access requirements
Bachelor's or Bachelor's Degree in Law. Students who are missing a maximum of 9 ECTS credits to obtain the required access degree may be admitted. However, in this case, students who have not previously obtained a Bachelor's Degree may not be admitted to the Postgraduate Program.

Objectives
The aim of this specialization course is for students to acquire the skills, abilities and competencies related to the new technologies-artificial intelligence-justice system axis: analysis of the state of the art, programs already in operation, new fronts that can be glimpsed in the near future, etc.Career options
With the aforementioned objectives in mind, the teaching will be articulated through an eminently participative methodology. In each session, one or two items of the program will be approached through explanations of the central elements of the subject in question, followed by a small debate to consolidate the most relevant of the exposed and verify its correct assumption.Evaluation
Attendance to at least 80% of the sessions and presentation of a TFM with oral defense (virtual) before a Tribunal.
Tutoring
Subjects: 1º.-General framework: the irruption of technology in the Administration of Justice (8 ECTS). 2º.-Justice and new technologies (9 ECTS) 3º.-Justice and Artificial Intelligence (5 ECTS) 4th.-Elaboration of academic work (TFM) (8 ECTS).
Friday from 16h.-21h.; Saturday from 9h-14h.
