The present invention relates to screening methods that use novel amphiphilic polymers conjugated with biomolecules such us DNA, RNA or siRNA. The novel methods aloww a faster and more flexible screening of suitable transfecting agents and delivering biomolecules of interest. The application also dicloses novel transfection agents identified folloeing the screening method.
