Summary
This paper aims to analyze the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI)-based systems in the administrative procedures of Public Administrations and the effects of this transformation on administrative efficiency, legal certainty, and fundamental rights. A systematic review of academic and legal literature published between 2020 and 2025 was conducted, following PRISMA guidelines. The study identifies advantages such as the automation of routine tasks, the continuous availability of public services, and improved allocation of human resources. However, it also highlights significant risks, including algorithmic opacity, data bias, lack of traceability, and the dehumanization of public interaction. The literature suggests measures such as algorithmic audits, comprehensible motivation of automated acts, human oversight, and human-in-the-loop safeguards. The paper concludes that advancing toward algorithmic governance requires a strong commitment to responsibility, transparency, and the protection of fundamental rights.

Summary
This research examines how five Spanish digital media outlets framed the coverage of the October 2024 DANA in the Valencian Community through their Twitter publications. Using a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative coding with ATLAS.ti and emotional analysis with the NRC lexicon, the study explores the extent to which the media discourse may have activated dynamics of disinformation, affective polarization, and emotional mobilization. The analysis focuses on identifying narrative patterns, ideological framings, and emotional resources present in the coverage, aiming to understand how the event was represented through digital media platforms.

Summary
Abstract This Final Degree Project aims to examine the figure of the whistleblower in both the legal and sociopolitical landscapes, given the growing relevance of this figure in democratic political systems, where it stands as a crucial mechanism for safeguarding citizen participation, the general interest, and justice, as well as for ensuring transparency, accountability, and the detection of irregularities, both in the public and private spheres. Thus, the architecture of this research corresponds to a bibliographic review of different legislative, academic, and institutional sources, which delves into the following aspects: the sociopolitical context that gives meaning to the actions of whistleblowers, the legislative protection these individuals enjoy in the European Union and Spain, and a comparison with similar but distinct figures. The impact of the sectoral nature of law on the whistleblower is also analyzed, paying special attention to the economic (money laundering), environmental, and equality fields. Furthermore, the work also seeks to generate a final reflection on what it means to be a good citizen in the legal and political science terms used. In summary, this Final Project offers an updated and contextualized view of the informant in democratic systems. Its objective is to highlight the importance of this figure in the issues raised above (the fight against corruption, the pursuit of transparency, accountability, citizen participation, and the proper functioning of public administration), strengthening civil society's trust in its institutions and the notions of good administration, good governance, democracy, and justice.

Summary
This paper analyses the access and use of the National Health System (NHS) by the immigrant population in Spain, an issue of growing importance due to the transformation of Spain into a country of immigration in recent decades. The main objective of this study is to observe the current situation of immigrants in Spain in relation to access to healthcare. The research questions include immigrants' working conditions, language and cultural barriers, perception of health, differences in the use of primary and specialised care, and the situation in Galicia. A mixed methodology has been employed, combining the analysis of quantitative data on the evolution of immigration and access to health care with a qualitative study based on interviews with health professionals and immigrants to explore in depth their experiences and perspectives. The results reveal that while Spain has made progress in universalising healthcare, significant barriers to equitable access for the immigrant population persist. It concludes that barriers to accessing the health system need to be addressed to ensure equitable care for the immigrant population.

Summary
This Final Degree Project analyzes how Twitter contributes to the dissemination of radical right-wing populist discourse through the formation of echo chambers. Using an ideational approach to populism and a qualitative analysis of tweets posted by non-institutional actors, the study identifies discursive strategies such as emotional appeal, polarization, and the demonization of the “other.”. The study highlights the central role of social media in the expansion and normalization of far-right discourse. The results confirm that Twitter promotes the creation of ideologically homogeneous communities, which reinforces political polarization and weakens democratic debate.
