General Information
The submission of proposals for oral presentations and posters will close on 30 April 2025 at 23:59 (Spanish time - GMT+1).
Proposals for the presentation of PAPERS and POSTERS can be sent by sending the text to the following email address: congreso.migraciones [at] usc.es (congreso[dot]migraciones[at]usc[dot]es)
Proposals may be written in Spanish, Galician, Portuguese or English and will be evaluated by the members of the Scientific Committee.
A maximum of three authors may sign each proposal.
Each author can appear in a maximum of two proposals.
All authors must be registered for the Congress.
All proposals will be collected in a Proceedings Book (online) published by the USC Publications Service.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: A certificate of the work presented will be issued to all authors registered for the Congress.

Proposal submission rules
The following information shall be collected:
- Title
- Autors
- Filiation (Institution or university)
- Development of communication/poster:
- General description of research question(s) and objectives (up to 600 words)
- Methodology (up to 300 words)
- Results and conclusions (up to 400 words)
- References (up to 300 words)
Presentation of papers and posters
Papers must be submitted by the deadline set by the organisers.
Posters should be adjusted to A1 size (594 x 841mm) with vertical orientation. The poster will be handed in at the registration desk at the Conference. The organisation will be responsible for their placement. Within the conference program, there will be specific areas dedicated exclusively to their presentation. Authors are requested to be present with their poster(s) during this time and to be available to answer questions from participants interested in their work.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The Scientific Committee and/or the Conference Organiser reserve the right to decide on the final form of presentation of papers and posters.
Important Information
Proposals that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.
