Participation rules

The congress will be held in a hybrid format. Approved communications by the Scientific Committee from outside the University System of Galicia will be defended through Teams. Access will be available on the website, also for attendees interested in connecting to the defenses. Conferences and roundtable discussions can be followed through the USC's YouTube channel both synchronously and asynchronously, without interactivity.

The participants in the Congress may present contributions (communications) related to theories, practical experiences, or research results in the PRESENTIAL and/or DISTANCE modality, in any of the thematic areas of the congress, in one or both of the following modalities:

1. IN-PERSON COMMUNICATION (ACCESS TO TEMPLATE IN “DOCUMENTATION”)

2. REMOTE COMMUNICATION (ACCESS TO TEMPLATE IN “DOCUMENTATION”)

They may be presented with individual or group authorship (maximum of four authors). Each author may appear in a maximum of 3 contributions and will necessarily have to enrol in the congress.Once the congress is over, if you wish to have your paper published, you should submit it to the same email address, following the writing guidelines and adhering to the reception deadline set by the organization.

In the drafting of the proposals, the APA (American Psychological Association) Publication Manual guidelines, 7th edition, Washington: APA, 2020, will be followed. These guidelines can be consulted at the following links:

Deadlines

₋ Proposal (abstract 200 words maximum): until October 6, 2023 Extended until November 6th at 2:00 PM.

₋ Acceptance by the Scientific Committee: until October 20, 2023 Extended until November 15th at 2:00 PM.

₋ Video recording with the defence (maximum 10 slides): until November 10, 2023

₋ Full text (12 pages maximum): up to November 10, 2023

 

Development

In the defence rooms, forums will be formed with thematically related communications. Before the congress takes place, you will be able to consult the planning and development of the defenses, both in-person and online, on its website.
