The student has to write and present a work that demonstrates the skills acquired during their studies.
The specific content will be defined for each individual job, according to the offer of themes and directors that the Faculty makes every academic course.

- Be able to define the objectives of the work, identifying the problem to solve or the goal of knowledge to attain.
- Be able to design tasks, organize the path to achieve the objectives and develop the work according to the definite plan.
- Knowing how to find and select relevant information for the case, problem or object of study, using for this advanced textbooks and specialized scientific texts.
- Make use of the knowledge acquired during the studies relevant to the subject of the work, and integrate them with the new information gathered.
- Be able to organize the available information and present it in a clear, systematic and precise form, in order to be understood by others.
- Learn to identify the limitations and / or lack of work and make suggestions for the future.
The student has to write and present a work that demonstrates the skills acquired during their studies. It will include at least search tasks and literature review, reading and information integration, schema development, writing and presentation. Depending on the theme addressed, the work may also include a simple empirical part or case analysis.
During the work, work sessions will be scheduled with the teacher, who must set the task program and orient the student. Finally, the student must present an oral summary of the work.
The evaluation system will be based on the work, which must be submitted in writing and also presented orally. Content (correctness and relevance of the information), level of integration of knowledge acquired in different materials and learning activities of the degree, personal contributions, capacity for critical analysis of information, structure, style rules, and expressive linguistic correctness (are valued oral and written) and clarity of presentation will be taken into consideration in the evaluation system.
Also, it will be taken into account the systematic performance of work and commitment while performing the same: follow the guidance of the director, meeting scheduling tasks in the development of work and the pupil’s initiative.
The estimated time for completion of work is 150 hours.
Plan de Contingencia:
En aplicación del previsto en los documentos aprobados por la USC sobre la organización de la docencia en el curso 2021-2022 (Plan de contingencia para el desarrollo de la docencia en el curso 2021-22, aprobado por el Consejo de Gobierno el 30 de abril de 2021), en el Escenario 2 y en el Escenario 3 se llevarán a cabo las adaptaciones que se indican a continuación:
METODOLOGÍA DE La ENSEÑANZA, la titorización se realizará de manera presencial o telemática en el escenario 2 y de manera telemática en el escenario 3, en función de las indicaciones de la administración competente y de la USC.
SISTEMA DE EVALUACIÓN, la presentación y defensa del TFG se realizará de manera presencial o telemática en el escenario 2 y de manera telemática en el escenario 3, en función de las indicaciones de la administración competente y de la USC. En cuanto al procedimiento de defensa y a los criterios de evaluación se atenderá a lo dispuesto por la Normativa Académica de la USC (tanto general como la específica del Reglamento de matrícula, elaboracioìn y defensa de los Trabajos Fin de Grado y Fin de Máster en la USC, aprobado por el Consejo de Gobierno del 10 de marzo de 2016, y del Reglamento del Trabajo de Fin de Grado en Gestión de Pymes de la USC, aprobado en el Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de noviembre de 2017), con las adaptaciones que sea preciso hacer en el escenario 2 y en el escenario 3 en función de las indicaciones de la administración competente y de la USC.
