All beneficiaries will have to complete two online modules: one module on the Conceptual Framework of Volunteering and Social Participation, and another module on one of the areas in which their activity is carried out (cultural, social inclusion, attention to diversity, etc.). Exempted from this obligation are those who have taken the courses in previous years.

At the end of the project, they must submit a report to the director of the residence or college that includes, among other aspects, the activities carried out and the academic, personal and professional learning achieved.
Failure to comply with any of the duties of this call by the beneficiaries could result in the loss of the 3 ECTS credits, the withdrawal of financial aid, or the request for reimbursement of the amount already received by the scholarship holder.
The assessment and selection of applications will be carried out in each centre by an Assessment Committee made up of the centre's management staff, chaired by the director, the governor and two members of the resident or student council.
The following scale will be used for the assessment of applications:

In order to qualify as a beneficiary, a minimum score of 2.5 points must be obtained in the assessment of the activities report.
Projects may be declared void at the discretion of the Assessment Committee.
Once the assessment phase is completed, the provisional list of beneficiaries of the collaboration projects will be published on 7 October on the information boards of the SUR centres authorised for this process.

They will also have to submit reports on the work carried out in the first half of February, and the final report in the second half of May, to the centre's management.
The assistant directors will ensure the correct undertaking of the activities corresponding to each project, with the collaboration of the governor of each centre. The activities must be carried out from the day following the award of the projects until 30 April 2020.
