Scenario 1: Adapted normality
Special attention is paid to face-to-face activities, with and without a computer. The master classes have an expository purpose and in them the students are introduced to the operational problems and their impact on customer satisfaction and organizational results. The didactic approach aims at training students by encouraging the understanding of operational problems and their modeling in order to promote the quality of decisions.
The virtual campus will be used as a support for teaching.
Scenario 2: distancing
Lectures through virtual classroom (of asynchronous use) or Microsoft Teams (sessions taught synchronously) and practical sessions with problem solving, text comments and case analysis, preferably in person, using the virtual classroom to download materials and to delivery tasks. The tutorials will preferably be carried out through on-line systems
SScenario 3: Closure of facilities
In this scenario, the teaching will be virtual, will be developed through Microsoft Teams and the virtual campus, and can be done synchronously and / or asynchronously. Tutorials will take place electronically.
The assessment of the subject is carried out with a continuous evaluation process that takes into account all the activities to be carried out throughout the semester, considering aspects such as the appropriate use of the techniques and tools of the subject, clarity and narrative ability, mastery of terminology. of the subject and the active participation, with a weight in the final qualification of 50%, and a final examination, centered mainly in the evaluation of the knowledges acquired, with a weight in the final note of 50%.
To pass the course students must obtain a grade greater than or equal to five (out of ten) in the exam, and a final grade (for exam plus activities) also higher than five (out of ten).
Students will have two opportunities to pass the subject. Thus, students who do not pass the subject in the first ordinary opportunity, will be entitled to a second opportunity of an extraordinary nature, which will be the one that appears in their academic transcript -in the event that the grade achieved was higher-.
It should be noted that in accordance with the Regulations of Permanence in the University for Undergraduate and Master's studies (art. 5.2), the mere attendance and / or participation in any of the activities subject to evaluation will mean that the final grade of the student is different from " Not presented ".
Attendance to both lectures and interactive classes is mandatory, unless the student is granted a waiver of attendance in accordance with Instruction No. 1/2017, of the General Secretariat, on the waiver of class attendance in certain circumstances. Students who are granted the exemption must contact the subject teachers in order to design a continuous work plan throughout the semester, which will account for 30% of the subject qualification (percentage corresponding to the continuous assessment).
For cases of fraudulent performance of exercises or tests, the provisions of the Regulations for the evaluation of students' academic performance and the review of qualifications will apply.
The nature of the tests, exercises and final exam of the subject will be as follows depending on the scenario decreed by USC:
Scenario 1: Adapted normality

Scenario 2: distancing
The tests and exercises of continuous evaluation and the final examination will be face-to-face or telematic in accordance with the rules established by the Rector's Office and the Dean's Office and the health measures established at that time.
Scenario 3: Closure of facilities
The tests and exercises of continuous evaluation and the final examination will be of telematic character.
Face-to-face hours: 45 h.
Non face-to-face hours: 3 h./week
Preparation of the final exam: 20 h.
Hours of evaluation: 5 h.
Total volume of work: 112.5 h.

Attendance to classes and active participation in the classroom. Realization of the recommended readings as well as the analysis and resolution of practical cases and problems.
Contingency Plan:
In the event that scenarios 2 or 3 are decreed, the teaching methodology and the learning assessment system will have the following adaptations with respect to scenario 1, of adapted normality:
