CG10 - Apply the fundamentals of bioethics and the method of deliberation in professional practice, adjusting its practice as a health professional to the provisions of Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the organization of health professions.
CG11 - To conform to the deontological obligations of Psychology in the health field, showing an ethical and professional commitment with the values of equal opportunities, respect for diversity and peaceful resolution of conflicts.

SPECIFIC
CE11 - Know the framework of action of the general sanitary psychologist and know how to refer the professional specialist.
CE12 - To know the obligations and responsibilities of health personnel regarding the confidentiality of information and the protection of personal data of patients.
CE13 - To know the activities necessary for the constitution, start-up and management of a company, its different legal forms and the associated legal, accounting and fiscal obligations.
CE14 - Know the current legislation in the Spanish health field.
The content of the program will be developed in the class schedule established for this purpose, through master classes / expositive and interactive with the support of audiovisual material.
1. Attendance at face-to-face sessions is considered mandatory (minimum 80%).
2. The content of the program of the subject will be evaluated through a test, type of objective test and / or short questions. The practices will be evaluated through the work done in them (reports and / or active participation). Work on a program item will also be proposed. The final grade of the subject will rest on the sum of the grade obtained in the examination of the theoretical content (60%), plus the grade of practical and the work done (40%).

En caso de que fuese necesario aplicar docencia telemática o semi-presencial debido al Covid-19, los cambios aplicables serían los siguientes:
- Metodología de la enseñanza. Dada la incertidumbre ocasionada por la situación sanitaria actual, parte de los contenidos podrán ser trabajados de manera autónoma por el estudiante, lo que será debidamente informado a través del Campus Virtual de la materia.
- En caso de ser necesario utilizar docencia telemática (tanto expositiva cómo interactiva) se utilizará la plataforma Teams y el Campus Virtual.
- En este caso el seguimiento de las actividades no presenciales se hará mediante la entrega de informes, resolución de casos, y participación en foros.
- Para el examen de la materia la prueba se hará de manera telemática. Se hace notar que siguiendo la normativa en vigor “Para los casos de realización fraudulenta de ejercicios o pruebas será de aplicación el recogido en la Normativa de evaluación del rendimiento académico de los estudiantes y de revisión de calificaciones de la USC”.
- Dada la incertidumbre ocasionada por la situación sanitaria actual, parte de los contenidos de la materia podrán ser trabajados de manera autónoma por los estudiantes, lo que será informado con tiempo suficiente a través del Campus Virtual de la materia”.
