This asignatura has like main aim provide to the alumnado skills of spatial reasoning, like this like tools of graphic expression chords with the new technologies of the information and basic knowledges on Normalization in Graphic Expression, that facilitate him the operations of design and representation of three-dimensional objects related with his future professional activity. There is that dotar to the student/to, future/to engineer/to, of the practical knowledges that allow him understand and express in a lenguaje graphic, common to the distinct technical professions.
Like this, the contents of the asignatura of "Graphic Expression in the Engineering I" answer to a meta overriding, that formulate regarding this asignatura and to his formative block: the one to achieve that the alumnado, to the finalizar his studies, was able to elaborate and gestionar the graphic documentation necessary for the editorial of a project of his speciality. In this case, and in accordance with the collected in the Memory of the titulación, the results of the learning in this subject have to contemplate also the adiestramiento basic in the utilization of some program of CAD (AutoCAD in this case, by his wide utilization in the world of the engineering), with the aim to purchase the necessary knowledges to represent gráficamente any project.
To arrive to achieve this aim is necessary that the alumnado work the following destrezas and skills, so much of generic type (that they would have to be common and transversal to all the asignaturas) how specific:

to) Capacity for the analysis and the synthesis.
b) Capacity to learn.
c) Capacity to resolve problems.
d) Capacity to apply the knowledge in the practice.
e) Capacity to generate new ideas (creativity).
f) Capacity stop takes it of decisions.
g) Capacity for the autonomous work, already was in group or individually.
SPECIFIC:
Of informative type:
the) The knowledge of the programs of DAO or CAD how fast and precise tool to resolve the problems of traced geometrical of usual use in the drawings of the speciality.
b) The knowledge structured of a universal program of CAD for the resolution of spatial problems and for the confección of documentary bases in the field of the engineerings.
c) The rational knowledge and deductivo of the fundamentos of the Geometry that allow to resolve the problems of traced geometrical planes of usual use in the drawings of the speciality.
d) The knowledge applied of the main Systems of Representation, of his fundamentos and technical, with special dedicación to the Systems Diédrico, Axonométrico and of Planes Acotados.
e) The basic knowledge of the Normalization generally and of the norms of application to the Technical Drawing in the professional field of the engineering.
f) The knowledge of the structuring of the graphic documentation of a project.
Of formative type:
to) The acquisition and strengthening of vision and spatial understanding.
b) The acquisition of destreza in the handle of the tools informáticas applied to the graphic expression, with the end to obtain a good representation of the reality.
c) The acquisition of capacity for the interpretation of anyone of the main Systems of Representation, and to do representations in the Systems Diédrico, Axonométrico and of Planes Acotados employing the new technologies.
d) The acquisition of capacity of analysis and resolution of graphic problems.
e) The acquisition of destreza in the handle of the instruments of drawing and accuracy and of frocks of pulcritud, with the end to obtain a good quality of the traced.
f) The utilization of the manually heaved drawing like instrument of spatial analysis.
All this agrees with the collected in the Ministerial Order CIN/351/2009, by which establish the requirements for the verificación of the university titles that enable for the exercise of the profession of Industrial Technical Engineer, that establishes literally that the alumnado, in his basic training, has to purchase "capacity of spatial vision and knowledge of the technicians of graphic representation, so much by traditional methods of Metric Geometry and Geometry Descriptiva, as by means of the applications of design assisted by computer".
The Memory of the Title contemplates for this asignatura the following contents:

- Introduction to the Graphic Engineering.
- Systems of Representation.
- Normalization of the Technical Drawing.
- Introduction to the Drawing Assisted by Computer.
PRACTICAL:
- Practices of Systems of Representation.
- Practices of Drawing Assisted by Computer.
These theoretical and practical contents go to develop along the semester through the following blocks and subjects, with the distribution temporal that signal (having in account that the asignatura deliver in 14 hours expostivas, 4 of seminar and 30 interactive):

For the development of the asignatura, the Centre also will provide to the alumnado different resources, between which fits to highlight the licences of software of the program of CAD (AutoCAD) with the corresponding hardware.
Likewise, the alumnado will explain to the start of each practical session with the exercises to develop in the same, with a script detailed of the steps to follow in the case of the interactive kinds of laboratory, to develop in the classrooms of informática do Centre.
In this asignatura or alumnado will purchase and will practise the following basic competitions, general, specific and transversal, that appear inside the picture of competitions that designed for the group of the titulación and that appear in the Memory verificada of the title, and that as already aimed , agrees with the collected in the Ministerial Order CIN/351/2009, by which establish the requirements for the verificación of the university titles that enable for the exercise of the profession of Industrial Technical Engineer:
Basic competence:
CB4: That the students know to transmit information, ideas, problems and solutions to a public so much especializado and no especializado.
General competence:
CG3: Knowledge in basic and technological subjects, that the capacite for the learning of new methods and theories and the dowry of versatilidad to adapt to the new situations.
Specific competence:
CE5: Capacity of spatial vision and knowledge of the technicians of graphic representation, so much by traditional methods of Metric Geometry and Geometry Descriptiva, as by means of the applications of design assisted by computer.
Transversal competence:
CT1: Capacity of analysis and synthesis.
CT2: Skill to use applications informáticas in the field of the Industrial Engineering.
CT10: Capacity for the resolution of problems.
CT12: Capacity for the autonomous learning.
CT14: Show critical reasoning.
The methodology and activities to develop in the asignatura of "Graphic Expression in the Engineering I" adapt to the exigencias of the European Space of Upper Education. In this sense, the distribution between the different activities of the 6 ECTS of this asignatura that present to continuation (with 150 hours of dedicación total), sample like the autonomous work of the estudiantado convert in the protagonist of his learning::
- Kinds expositivas = 14 hours presenciales ( 21 hours of autonomous work = 35)
- Kinds of seminar = 4 hours presenciales ( 6 hours of autonomous work = 10)
- interactive Kinds = 30 hours presenciales ( 45 hours of autonomous work = 75)
- Tutorías in group = 3 hours presenciales ( 6 hours of autonomous work = 9)
- Tutorías free = 2 hours presenciales
- Examinations = 6 hours presenciales ( 12 of autonomous work = 18)
- Review of examinations = 1 hour presencial
Total: 60 hours presenciales 90 hours of autonomous work = 150 hours
They appear pues some factors that express the relation between the presencialidad and the autonomous work of the estudiantado that require the activities mentioned. Like this, by each hour presencial in the kinds, the alumnado will have to devote at least one and average, out of the classrooms, to complete aim them corresponding to the different subjects treated, to finish the practices initiated or to apply the learnt to new situations.
In this way, the methodology employed in this asignatura obeys to a series of activities that, by his character participativo, adapt to the new system proposed in the European Space of Upper Education, with the clear protagonismo of the autonomous work of the alumnado before mentioned.
Specifically, the docencia of the asignatura base in the following activities, working in all they the basic competitions, general and specific CB4, CG3 and CE5, and also the transversal CT1, CT2, CT10, CT12 and CT14 collected in this Guide:
- Kinds expositivas or magistrales in only group, where the main part of the time will do the exhibition ordered and reasoned of the contents of each one of the subjects of the three first blocks of the asignatura.
- Seminars in only group to face those subjects of main conceptual difficulty with a more practical approach, through the realization of exercises that facilitate his assimilation.
- Interactive kinds of laboratory or practical with computer in groups with a maximum of 20 people, impartidas in the classrooms of informática, to resolve exercises related with the different contents of the asignatura, especially of the fourth block (although the exercises proposed also will save relation with the others three thematic blocks).
- Tutorías In group with a maximum of 10 people, realized also in the classroom of the kind or in the one of informática to treat subjects related with the asignatura that require of a main attention personalizada.
- Tutorías Free attended in the dispatch of the professor, in the classroom if they are of collective form, or through the open Course of the asignatura in the Virtual Campus of the USC, to treat to resolve all the doubts that on the subject go arising along the course.
- Examination of the contents and of the practical application of the knowledges purchased (divided in two parts, as the blocks).
- Voluntary reviews (and recommended) of the exercises of examination.
- Support in the net with an open Course for this asignatura in the Virtual Campus of the USC.
All this methodology described would correspond with the Stage-1 of ?Normality adapted?, collected in the ?Guidelines for the development of a docencia presencial sure? for the course 2020-2021 dictated by the USC, and that contemplate the docencia íntegramente presencial in this case.
For the Stage-2 of ?Distanciamiento?, where the docencia presencial conviviría with the virtual in accordance with these same Guidelines, would maintain a presencialidad mixed with virtual sessions (in weeks alternate, in accordance with the schedule approved for the titulación), in the case of the kinds expositivas and interactive, through tools síncronas of communication between profesorado and alumnado. The seminars would follow being presenciales.
This methodology of kinds telepresenciales would be the employee íntegramente in the case of the Stage-3 of ?Closing of installations?, where the kinds presenciales carried out in normal conditions in the classrooms of the Centre, would follow doing through videoconference, in the same sessions programadas in the schedule of the asignatura, through the corporate tool Microsoft TEAMS and with the screen shared by part of the professor. This would give the contents and the necessary explanations for the resolution of the problems presented in each practice, in accordance with the contents to develop in each session attending to the planning of the asignatura.
To carry out this adaptation in function of the evolution of the pandemia derived of the Covid-19 in the next months, the alumnado would have to have teams informáticos personal and the tools of necessary software to face the situation with guarantees.
In these marked circumstances by the Stage-3 (and in those cases in which apply in the Stage-2), the sessions síncronas of videoconference through TEAMS corresponding to the interactive kinds would not occupy the whole of the time of the presenciales, as the schedule, of three hours of length. Predictably would have a length of some ninety minutes for the explanations of the professor and would be open so that or alumnado take part when it consider it timely. Of this way, the alumnado dispondrá of a tempo back to resolve autónomamente the exercises of each practice, doing his sending in a term established through the spaces facilitated in the Virtual Campus of the asignatura (something that also would do in the sessions presenciales, but allowing them the sending at the end of the kind).
The professor will receive these sendings and will do his correction and back comments, individual or grupales, through this same Virtual Campus, as also will do in the case of the Stage-1. Likewise, also will continue proposing complementary activities in each practice, that the alumnado will have to resolve and send in the terms established for his correction and comments, independently of the Stage in which find us.
Regarding the queries by part of the alumnado and to the tutorías, of not being able to do presencialmente in front of a Stage-3 or even a Stage-2, the employment of a specific forum in the Virtual Campus of the asignatura, together with the electronic post and until a possible group of whatsapp created for the occasion, will allow to the alumnado the almost permanent contact with the professor. Of course, these forms of communication also could use on time to be in the Stage-1.
The drawing is a fundamental form of expression for the engineer and the contents abordados in this asignatura constitute a powerful tool of work in this sense. Therefore, the qualification of the alumnado would have to reflect the level purchased in the necessary training for his correct utilization.
Like this, in all the exercises, already are of Practices or of Examination, will value two appearances:
1º.- The knowledges, the capacity of resolution and the spatial vision.
2º.- The accuracy, the legibilidad and the pulcritud in the resolution and presentation of the exercise.
Like this, the qualification obtained in the correction of the procedure and results of an exercise, will be able to be recessed even a 30% by bad quality of the presentation or by little accuracy in the drawing.
The evaluation of the learning of the alumnado the so much the form to measure if it purchased the basic competitions, general and specific marked for this asignatura, will base in a process of continuous evaluation that will carry aparejado a system of follow-up and final examination (of character eminentemente practical and with the possible utilization of material of support in his second part) along the course. To continuation expose his main characteristic:
For the final qualification of the asignatura, in June or in July, will have in account, in addition to the examination that describe to continuation, the realization and presentation of the group of the exercises of the practical (qualification P, with a total punctuation of 10 points), so much the developed in the seminars and in the interactive kinds like the complementary that propose (that supodrán in group a 35% of the note gives subject). In this sense, remember that the kinds, presenciales or telepresenciales (as the Stage in which find us in the moment of the impartición of this asignatura), have ?compulsory character? and therefore, will carry a strict control of assistance. Of not featuring an upper assistance to 80%, the alumnado in these circumstances will not be able to present to the examinations, neither in the first neither in the second opportunity.
FINAL EXAMINATION (first opportunity of the announcement in course):
when finishing the second semester, in the month of May or of June (in official date fixed by the Centre), will realize a proof or final examination (with an aportación of 65% of the note of the asignatura).
All the alumnado will have to realize obligatoriamente this examination, that forms part of the continuous evaluation of the asignatura.
The examination will have two parts diferenciadas, a corresponding to the blocks 1, 2 and 3 of the asignatura (qualification F1, with maximum punctuation of 5 points) and another corresponding to the block 4 (qualification F2, with maximum punctuation of 5 points), of such way that the note of the examination will be: And = F1 F2.
To approve the examination, there is that ter more of 5 points, but in both parts have to surpass the 2 points so that it can do the sum. If it does not give this situation, the asignatura would be suspensa.
I close fulfil this condition to have more of 2 points in each part of the examination, independently that it arrive or no to the 5, already can have in account the note of the practices, obtaining the following final qualification: CF = 0,35xP 0,65xE. If the result is upper to 5, the asignatura will consider approved.
EXAMINATION OF JUNE-JULIO (second opportunity of the announcement in course):
In the case of not approving the asignatura in the previous opportunity, in the following (the one of June-July) the alumnado will realize a new examination of recovery of all the asignatura, or in the case to have approved any of the parts of the exame (F1 or F2 with more of 2,5 points), only of the part suspensa, being the final qualification subject to the same conditions signalled previously.
Concluding, the superación of the asignatura (in 1ª or 2ª opportunity) requires to obtain 5 points on 10, having in account that the examination supposes a 65% of the note, and the realization and delivery of the exercises of the practices of kind and complementary a 35%. In any case, initially is indispensable to take out like minimum 2 points on 5 in the two parts of the examination of the asignatura to can have in account the another criterion of evaluation (this condition could see recessed in function of the as it develop the asignatura by different reasons, but in any case, always would be of favourable way for the alumnado) .
All these components will serve to evaluate jointly the competitions CG3 and CE5 related with this asignatura. In edge to the basic competitions (CB4) and transversal (CT1, CT2, CT10, CT12 and CT14) collected in this Guide, will be worked along the development docente of the asignatura, without being submitted to a process of specific evaluation to check his achievement.
In the case of the alumnado no enrolled by first time in the asignatura by not to have it surpassed previously, if it has facts and delivered the exercises of the practices, only will have to do the final examination, and in this case, will have to approve it with a final note upper to 5, obtaining more of 2 points on the 5 of each part (in his first or second opportunity). If it does not have done and delivered the practices, would have to do them, being the criteria of evaluation employed the ones of the enrolled by first time.
The alumnado that have conceded a dispensa of assistance will be evaluated having only in account the note of the final examination, that will have to approve with an upper note to 5, obtaining more of 2 points on the 5 of each part (in his first or second opportunity). In any case, will give him the possibility that it go doing the practical proposals by his account, with the support of the tutorías, for a back sending and correction by part of the professor (that it help him to go purchasing the competitions related with the asignatura). This autonomous work could help to improve the final note of the alumnado in these circumstances until a maximum of 1 point on 10.
The System of evaluation described with detail in this apartado for the Stage-1 of normality, would maintain in the case to find us in the others two Stages contemplated in the Guidelines of the USC. Only there would be that signal that the final proof of 1ª or 2ª opportunity (that it supposes a 65% of the final note of the asignatura) would do equally in the Stage-3, but of way no presencial: employing the Virtual Campus and with communication through Microsoft TEAMS, would develop these proofs telemáticamente with all the guarantees for the alumnado.
Say finally that in front of the fraudulent realization of these telematic proofs will be of application the collected in the ?Rule of evaluation of the academic performance of the students and of review of qualifications? of the USC, as in the case to be presenciales.
With the system of credits ECTS, apart of the assistance to the kinds expositivas (14 hours along the semester, 1 or 2 by week), to the seminars (4 hours along the semester, 1 hour in four weeks), to the interactive kinds (30 hours along the semester, with sessions of 3 hours in ten weeks), to the tutorías in group (3 hours in all or semester, 1 or 2 in two weeks) and to the tutorías individual (ace times that wish along the course), the alumnado will have to devote him to the "asentamiento" of the learnt and to the resolution of the exercises of the practices and of others out of the kind, an average of 5 or 6 weekly hours. In this way, the hours devoted to the asignatura would adjust , more or least, to the due:
6 credits ECTS x 25 hours credit = 150 hours of dedicación
14 hours expositivas 4 hours of seminar 30 interactive hours 3 hours of tutorías in group = 51 hours
Other hours presenciais of character obrigatorio = 6 hours (examination)
150 - 51 - 6 = 93 hours of autonomous work
93 hours / 15 weeks of the semester = 6 hours by week
Although the acquisition of the spatial vision and of the destreza in the graphic representation, even with the employment of tools informáticas, can have an inherent component to the person that facilitate his learning, the true is that both skills require of a constant work, in anyone of the Stages in which find us, so that they can be developed with guarantee of success in the achievement of the marked aims in this asignatura.
It is important the assistance to all the kinds of the asignatura, presenciales or virtual if it was the case, like instrument to strengthen the learning of the alumnado. In them goes to develop the learnt and goes to be conscious of the level that goes purchasing and of his limitations, always with the help and the support of the professor. With the complement of the tutorías, in group and individual, will surpass any difficulty that can him present.
In any case, do not treat of memorizar definitions and procedures, if no to resolve real problems related with the titulación, employing for this the tools that provides us the Drawing Assisted by Computer. And these skills, that can result easier for some people that for others as already aimed , purchase with the practice and the constant and personal work along the course.
