The PROFESSIONAL TUTOR will score the work done by the student as well as the reflection of the work in the practicum report. In addition, the tutor will authorise the presentation of the memory to the academic tutor. Specifically, the professional tutor will score the following points (referred to the generic and specific competences):
1. Technical ability and for learning: 0 to 10
2. Attitude and initiative of resolution: 0 to 10
3. Skills of communication (oral and/or written): 0 to 10
4. Capacity of work in a team and respect in the workplace: 0 to 10
5. Punctuality: 0 to 10
6. Reflection of the activity in the practicum report: 0 to 10
ACADEMIC TUTOR
The student will present to the academic tutor the practicum report. The report done by the student must contain a description of the activities taken place and include the following sections: (1) Introduction in which the centre where the practice is carried out is described in detail; (2) Description of the activities that have taken place; (3) Development of at least 2 procedures (laboratory, inspection, control protocols, etc., depending on the practice done) with correct structure and adequate discussion; and (4) Personal evaluation and final conclusion of the experience of this practice for the personal training of the student. The report must have a maximum of 25 pages (excluding annexes), DIN A4, written in Times New Roman or similar, size 11 and line spacing of 1.5. The editorial work will we considered.
The academic tutor will base his evaluation in the quality of the report and the student´s made the most during the practicum, and not in the number of activities carried out, since this depends of the volume of work of the centre and not of the student. The criteria for evaluating the report reflect the regulations of the subject and the rubric with which it is corrected will be published in the Virtual Campus. The score will be of 0 to 10 points.
The FINAL QUALIFICATION will be the arithmetical average of the score of the professional tutor and the academic tutor. If the qualification awarded by the professional tutor or by the academic tutor is lower of 5 points the course will be failed and the final qualification will be the minimum of the two. If the failure corresponds to the memory valued by the academic tutor, the student will be able to present a new memory in the second opportunity. On the contrary, if the failure is the practical work valued by the professional tutor, the student will have to re-enroll in the subject.
In the case of fraudulent exercises or tests, the provisions of the Regulations for the evaluation of students' academic performance and the review of grades will apply.
Face-to-face work:

Personal work of the student:
• Practicum report writing: 30 h

SCENARIO 3
DURATION AND MODALITY:
1. The course will be considered surpassed if the student has completed 50% of the time (10 days).
2. If the practical work has been interrupted and is not possible to restart it in the same destination, this time will be recognised and accumulated.
3. In case that it is also necessary to reschedule the course Clinical External Practical Training (C-EPT), both can take place in a single destination during a minimum of 7 weeks. If by justified reasons the student cannot complete this period, the course will be considered surpassed once the student has completed 50% of this new period (4,5 weeks or 23 days).
4. The practical work can be split in several periods, according to the needs of the students (to facilitate the preparation of works, exams or TFG).
5. In very exceptional cases, properly justified, and previous application and permission to the Committee of Practices Supervised and External Practices, the practical work could be substituted by another equivalent activity.
6. In the case of students who carry out an experimental Final Year Dissertation (TFG) in the laboratory of a USC research group, the completion of a period of at least 2 weeks of experimental work in the laboratory will be recognized as an internship period and, therefore, the NC-EPT as completed. This equivalency must be requested by the student to the coordinator of the subject and have the authorization of the professional tutor.
MEMORIES
7. The quality of the practicum report, and not the duration of the practical work, will be considered.
8. If the practical work was carried out in a single destination (according to the point 3), the student will have to present two reports, one for C-EPT and another for NC-EPT. In this case, the coordinators of both courses must be contacted to get the correspondent instructions.
Note: The student that have had to interrupt the practical work and cannot continue in the same destination is not obliged to write a report (is optional). It would be sufficient if the student presents the report corresponding to the last destination. In case of doubt, the student must contact the coordinator of the course.
