BASIC AND GENERAL
CG5 - Ability to apply experimental laboratory protocols including the preparation of reagents in an exact and reproducible manner.
CG6 - Ability to work adequately in a laboratory applying safety regulations and specific regulations for the handling of biological and/or chemical material.
CB3 - That students have the ability to gather and interpret relevant data (usually within their area of study) to make judgments that include reflection on relevant issues of a social, scientific or ethical nature
CB5 - That students have developed those learning skills necessary to undertake further studies with a high degree of autonomy

For the correct acquisition of the competences, the following general set of methodologies has been adopted for the basic, compulsory and elective subjects (exc. Práct. Ext. and TFG): 1st) Expository teaching. 2nd) Interactive teaching: practices (in the laboratory and/or in the computer room), problem solving and/or practical cases, visits to companies and facilities, seminars, small group tutorials, Virtual Campus. 3rd) Carrying out work: Individual or group work (with or without exposure). 4th) Individual tutorials. Observations: since this Report and the general regulations of the USC already establish, for each subject and when appropriate, the distribution of contact hours of expository teaching, practices, seminars and group tutorials, as well as tutorials individual, the professor responsible for teaching each subject will establish and record in his teaching guide what other methodologies he will use among those mentioned above.

Competence acquisition evaluation system:
For the correct acquisition of the competences by the student, the following general evaluation set has been adopted for the title, common for all subjects, which will include one or more of the following aspects (the minimum and maximum weights are indicated). ):
1º) Exams and/or tests, partial or final: between 0 and 75% of the final grade
2º) Use of practices: between 0 and 75% of the final grade
3º) Realization and/or exhibition of works: between 0 and 75% of the final qualification (In the case of the TFG it will be 100%)
4º) Participation in classroom activities: between 0 and 25% of the final grade
The teacher responsible for the subject will establish and record in his teaching guide which of the five general criteria he will use to carry out the evaluation of the students, indicating the specific weight of each one of them taking into account the nature of the subject, his competences, and the teaching methodologies and training activities used.
