As future experts in work organization and human resources, graduates are called to occupy different management positions related to those activities in different organizations. The course will have a virtual classroom operating and the Microsoft Teams platform will be used.
Scenario 1: adapted normality.
Lectures and practical sessions with problem solving, text comments and case analysis, mainly on-site, in the established hours and classrooms, using the virtual classroom for the download of materials and for the delivery of assignments. The tutorials can be done in person or virtual (through the virtual classroom messaging or through Microsoft Teams)
Scenario 2: distancing
Lectures through virtual classroom (of asynchronous use) or Microsoft Teams (sessions taught synchronously) and practical sessions with problem solving, text comments and case analysis, preferably in person, using the virtual classroom to download materials and to delivery tasks. The tutorials will preferably be carried out virtually (via virtual classroom messaging or through Microsoft Teams)
Scenario 3: closure of facilities
Lectures preferably through audiovisual material in the virtual classroom (of asynchronous use) and practical sessions with problem solving, text commentary and case analysis, preferably through Microsoft Teams (sessions taught synchronously, in the established class schedule) , using the virtual classroom for complementary audiovisual materials presentation and for tasks delivery. The tutorials will be carried out exclusively through virtual classroom messaging or through Microsoft Teams.
The assessment of the subject is carried out following a continuous assessment process in which all the activities that must be carried out throughout the semester that allow evaluating the general and specific competences are taken into account.
In this evaluation, aspects such as clarity and expository capacity, mastery of the subject's own terminology or active participation will be taken into account, with a weight in the final evaluation of 50% and a final exam focused mainly on the evaluation of the acquired knowledge and skills, with a weight in the final evaluation of 50%.
In the case of fraudulent carrying out of cases, exercises or tests, the provisions of the “Regulations for the evaluation of the academic performance of students and the review of grades” will apply.
In order to pass the course, it is necessary that the students obtain a grade greater than or equal to five (out of ten) on the exam and that the aggregate mark of the exam and activities is also greater than or equal to five (out of ten).
In case of not passing the subject, the final grade will be the one obtained in the exam taken to a scale of 10 points.
Attendance to both expository classes and interactive classes is compulsory, unless the student is granted a waiver of attendance following Instruction N. 1/2017, of the Secretaría Xeral, on the waiver of class attendance under certain circumstances. The students to whom the dispensation is granted will be evaluated with a specific final exam that will represent 100% of the final grade.
The cases, exercises and tests will be carried out as follows:
Scenario 1: adapted normality
The tasks, cases, exercises and tests may be carried out in person or virtual, through their delivery through the virtual classroom, the presentations of works, where appropriate, will be preferably in person. The final exam will be face-to-face.
Scenario 2: distancing
The tasks, cases, exercises and tests will be made and delivered through the virtual classroom. The presentations, where appropriate, and the final exam will be conducted in person or online according to the rules established by the Rector and the Dean and the sanitary measures established at that time.
Scenario 3: closure of facilities.
The tasks, cases, exercises and tests, including the final exam, will be prepared and delivered through the virtual classroom. Presentations, where appropriate, will be done electronically, preferably through Microsoft Teams.
Contact hours: 48 (Lecturing, discussing and problem solving )
Non-contact hours: 70
Final exam preparation: 30

In the event that scenarios 2 or 3 are enacted, the teaching methodology and the evaluation system will be adapted as detailed in the sections on "teaching methodology" and "evaluation system". The main modifications with respect to scenario 1 are:
