To provide students with a structured overview of the firm, and the application of information technologies and communication in business, either as support or business processes as a genre in itself such processes.
Also be achieved by understanding the economic and financial information, analysis and its usefulness in making decisions.
In particular, the end of the course the students will gain knowledge on the following issues:
• The company, its environment, its objectives, types of companies
• The enterprise system and its subsystems.
• Information systems based on ICT as an essential component of business today.
• A reference model for the analysis and management applied to the company.
. The concept of accounting and its usefulness for decision making.
. The assets and results of a geriatric center, the representation and presentation in reports.
. The implementation of budgets and their usefulness for establishing the financial needs of a residence.
. The different types of funding and the usefulness of each of them.
. The calculation of the equilibrium point or a neutral Gerontology Center.
. The method of calculating the purchase price and selling their services.

Theoretical content:
In each issue, and its main development will be mainly exposure, supported by the necessary technical means. The student must bring read the topics to be discussed and debated at each meeting, with special emphasis on concepts that need further clarification.
Once settled the necessary theoretical knowledge, it will pass to an interactive debate and performing the exercises.
Practical contents:
-The Practical contents will be connected with reality. Both examples such cases, wherever possible they will deal with facts.
The tools available in the USC Virtual will be used to improve the use of the tools of communication between students and teachers to raise debates and other issues and questions of the subject. Student participation will be taken into account in the final grade.
These activities will be complemented by personal work that the student must take, both for the development of group work and individual, (bibliographical research, reading the material, financial reporting). This autonomous work will be guided by the teacher and will be taken into account in the final grade

In general, the teaching-learning process will follow the same guidelines as in the previous scenario, although face-to-face teaching in the classroom will coexist with virtual teaching. The tutorials will be virtual.
In the virtual classroom of the subject, the students will have the necessary material to prepare the subject. Once the topics have been worked on and studied, the students will carry out the proposed activities. In addition, if they have doubts during this learning process, they will be communicated to each teacher through the institutional e-mail and will be solved individually or collectively as soon as possible.
SCENARIO 3: CONFINEMENT
In general, the teaching-learning process will follow the same guidelines as in Scenario 1 (combination of theory and practice sessions). However, in this case the teaching will be completely virtual. The virtual campus of the subject and the Teams platform will be used for learning.
In the virtual classroom of the subject, the students will have the necessary material to prepare the subject. Once the topics have been worked on and studied, the students will carry out the proposed activities. In addition, if they have doubts during this learning process, they will be communicated to each teacher through the institutional e-mail and will be solved individually or collectively as soon as possible.

Students, whether new registration or repeaters, must achieve a 5 to pass the subject. and they have at their disposal two assessment systemsn:
a) Continuous assessment: Students can pass the subject attending class, participating in class, preparing and presenting the jobs and tasks requested by teachers and performing tests raised about program content.
In the work and tasks, aspects such as quality of content, clarity, exhibition quality and mastery of the terminology of the matter in its oral presentation, which will be obligatory taken into account.
Specifically generic skills in the work to be performed in groups and publicly defend will be assessed:
Editorial: quality and clarity of content
Structure: organization, visual presentation and content quality.
Conclusions and future recommendations
Oral presentation: synthesis capacity, simplicity, mastery of terminology and body language
The maximum score to the student in continuous assessment is 10 points distributed as follows:
Job 1: 4 points
Job 2: 6 points
Students who opt for this system of continuous evaluation must obtain at least 5 points to pass the subject, and is a necessary addition to the attendance that also exceeds every part of the program. In this way, students will not need to resort to formal consideration of May. In the case of not passing the subject, you can opt for other means of evaluation.
No qualifications between different assessment opportunities is not retained.
