Summary
For decades, the differences between men and women regarding career development and their capabilities to supervise other workers have been the subject of numerous studies. Given that engineering and technology are traditionally masculinized professional fields, with only a minority of women choosing to work in this sector, it is especially relevant to delve into the managerial skills and career aspirations of those who opted to work in it. Through this study, we aimed to determine if there are sex-based differences in these variables and the relationship between them. To this end, two scales were used to evaluate management skills along with a third scale on career aspirations. The results found no significant differences in the mean scores of the examined variables based on sex. However, regarding the relationship between these variables, it was generally found that a greater perception of management skills correlates with higher career aspirations, with the exception of intrathecal skills in the case of women. Finally, in the discussion section, the theoretical and practical implications of these findings are proposed, and research questions for future studies are raised.

Summary
The demographic complexity of Galicia is represented in its livestock sector. This is due both to the loss of skilled labor and farming operations, as well as to a changing environment, characterized also by the limited time that the rural areas of our Community had to professionalize and adapt to the great variations in costs, both common and extraordinary. The necessary work to obtain an ideal and balanced production and quality is now compounded by very difficult sanitary and climatic conditions. This academic work analyzes the regulatory framework to which small farms in Galicia are subjected, more prone to disappear and generate lower incomes, in an attempt to offer a regulatory proposal. This will be through two important taxes, the Income Tax as a direct tax and VAT as an indirect manifestation. This will be through two important taxes, personal income tax (IRPF) as a direct tax and value-added tax (VAT) as an indirect manifestation. In both cases, both for the Special and Simplified Regime of VAT and for the objective estimation of IRPF, they offer better conditions than other tax regimes, therefore they can serve as a safeguard for many people in the sector. We will base our analysis on the growth of the consumer price index (CPI) since 2016 (the year when the limits of the special and simplified VAT regime were established) and the particularities of the distribution of the dairy herd in Galicia, which is greatly conditioned by its uneven development throughout the territory.

Summary
The purpose of this Master’s Final Project is to make a comprehensive review of the complex social protection framework against gender-based violence, aiming to contribute to the understanding and potential improvement of public policies designed to defend the rights of affected women. To achieve this, the different measures implemented by the social protection system are examined and grouped into four main categories: those related to labor contributions that ensure economic continuity in the face of the situation; those aimed at promoting insertion and stability in employment; social benefits that guarantee basic rights and well-being; and specific financial aid that provides economic support in situations of greater vulnerability. Each category is analyzed based on its nature, beneficiary profile, regulatory framework, and scope. The evaluation of these measures allows for an understanding of how the system seeks to offer multidisciplinary support, covering aspects from economic and labor issues to social considerations, within a context of particular vulnerability and need for protection.

Summary
The objective of this study is to analyze the role of employer branding and job search expectations, focusing on the factors that influence university students’ decisions when choosing a company as a place to work. Through an empirical study conducted with a sample of 86 students from the University of Santiago de Compostela, the most valued dimensions of employer branding are investigated, as well as the influence of other variables such as previous work experience, academic performance, gender, and subjective well-being on this perception. The results reveal that the factors most valued by respondents are work-life balance and professional development opportunities, while corporate social responsibility and organizational culture are also important, although to a lesser extent. This research helps identify the employer branding preferences of the new generation entering the labor market and offers useful recommendations for companies to adapt their strategies to meet these young people's expectations.

Summary
The aim of this master's thesis is to measure whether the factors Attribution of sporting success, Satisfaction with results, and Perceived level of enjoyment correlate with sporting performance in professional soccer players in the cadet and youth categories. Seventy soccer players participated x persons, 44 belonging to the cadet category and 26 to the youth category. A questionnaire consisting of the questionnaires (POSQ) by Roberts and Balagué (1991), (CSRD) by Treasure and Roberts (1994), (CDPD) by Duda and Nicholls (1992) and a self-report performance questionnaire were applied. The results indicated that in both cadet and youth categories there were no significant differences in sports performance and that the factor that best predicted sports performance was the “Fun” factor.

Summary
Shared psychosis, or folie à deux, is a complex phenomenon in which one individual induces delusional ideas in another or others, typically within a context of close interpersonal bonds, emotional dependence, and social isolation. This study explores the relationship between induced delusions and criminal behavior through a comparative analysis of 11 clinical cases, identifying recurring patterns and expressions of delusions associated with crime. The findings suggest that most cases involving shared psychosis are linked to religious or persecutory delusions, and that the dominant influence of one individual over another may compromise decision making capacity, an aspect with direct implications for criminal responsibility. It is concluded that early detection and the separation of involved individuals may prevent the influenced person from committing a crime. Further research is necessary to deepen the understanding of the specific features of this rare psychopathological condition.

Summary
Objective: This meta-analysis assessed the predictive validity of the Psychopathy Checklist: Youth Version (PCL:YV) for criminal recidivism in juvenile offenders, examining differences between construct facets and the moderating role of gender. Methods: Following PRISMA and JARS-Quant protocols, 11 longitudinal/correlational studies (k=11; N=1,956 adolescents; 87.2% male; mean age=16.2 years) were analyzed using random-effects models. Effect sizes were standardized to Pearson correlations (r), and biases were evaluated via funnel plots, Egger's regression, and trim-and-fill. Results: A significant correlation emerged between total PCL:YV scores and general recidivism (r=0.32). Factor 2 (behavioral: antisocial lifestyle) demonstrated greater predictive power than Factor 1 (affective-interpersonal) for both general (Delta r=0.15) and violent recidivism (Delta r=0.15). The proportion of males significantly moderated effects, with weaker associations in mixed-gender samples. Conclusions: The PCL:YV is a moderate predictor of juvenile recidivism, but its clinical-forensic utility critically depends on the facet assessed (prioritizing Factor 2) and sample gender composition. Findings underscore the need to integrate dynamic variables (trauma, family support) in risk assessments.

Summary
This research analyzes the dimensions of life satisfaction, happiness, social support and job satisfaction in a sample of 101 Peruvian migrant workers residing in Spain. Through a quantitative approach, standardized scales were applied to assess these dimensions, along with sociodemographic variables. The results reveal medium levels of life satisfaction, happiness and job satisfaction, with the latter being slightly higher in its intrinsic factors. Perceived social support appeared to be limited, although satisfaction with the support received showed a positive relationship with job well being. Among all the sociodemographic variables analyzed, only previous work experience had a significant impact on job satisfaction. The findings highlight that the evaluation of work is not explained solely by objective factors, but also by subjective and relational elements. It is concluded that the analysis of migrant job well being requires an integral perspective that considers both the meaning of work and social support networks.

Summary
The aim of this Master's Thesis is to analyse the relationship between abusive supervision and a series of key organisational variables: organisational commitment, burnout, counterproductive behaviours and job performance. Based on a sample of 111 active workers in the Spanish context, valid questionnaires were administered to assess each construct, considering their specific dimensions. The results indicate that abusive supervision is negatively related to affective and normative commitment, and positively related to emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and both organisational and interpersonal counterproductive behaviours. The findings underscore the importance of promoting healthy leadership styles and preventing abusive behaviour in the workplace, as well as the need to encourage empirical research with larger samples in the national context.
