This event promotes and raises awareness about companies led by women, by offering products and services on display to the public at stands occupied by these entrepreneurs.  
In parallel with this fair there are also roundtable discussions organised, where leading female entrepreneurs discuss their experiences with starting their own enterprises and the challenges they had to overcome, while also focusing on entrepreneurship in specific areas, such as rural communities.
